Let me know exactly which item(s) you wish to purchase and an invoice will be sent to you. Also please state your preferred method of payment.
Standard shipping and packing materials are charged at cost.
Shipping and packing charges will vary according to the type, size, weight, destination and expected transit time.
If you require special arrangements or prefer a delivery service such as UPS, or next-day delivery, please let me know. Insurance, if required or requested, is charged extra.
Andraya.ca accepts payments through PayPal, money order and personal cheque. All funds are quoted in Canadian dollars; exchange is charged at the prevailing rate at the time of the order.
If paying by cheque allow sufficient banking days for your cheque to clear the banking system, especially if out of country. Your purchase will be sent once your cheque has cleared. Please make cheques payable to “Andraya”.
If you are using PayPal, the item will be sent as soon as PayPal has transferred the funds to my account.
We understand that buying art online without viewing it first can be rather daunting and I would not want anyone to be disappointed once the actual work is received.
If you are not satisfied with the art you purchased, please contact me to make arrangements for a return. When I receive the item in resalable condition, I will happily refund your money, less postage/shipping/packing costs, insurance and a 10% handling fee.
